In December 2009, By the Bay Treasures was handed over to new owners, Cheryl King and Steve Peters. With Cheryl living in San Francisco and Steve in Santa Cruz, they each are able to harvest the best of what the San Francisco Bay and the Pacific Ocean have to offer. Cheryl and Steve take great pride in offering their customers 100% all-natural surf-tumbled sea glass and vow to carry on the tradition that Charles Peden developed and set as a standard in today's sea glass industry. With both Cheryl and Steve having spent years surfing, sailing, and combing the beaches from Monterey to Fort Bragg and beyond, they have combined their love of the ocean, it's bounty, and their sincere concern for it's ecological health to continue on with a consciousness that protects, improves and sustains our beaches and oceans while bringing you the best of what the ocean has to offer!.
