How many pieces are in the auction or sale?- We are quite busy around here and do not have the time to count each piece in an auction or sale, except under special circumstances. In most cases, if it is an auction or handpicked lot of sea glass, I will provide at least one picture which shows absolutly everything that you are considering bidding on or purchasing.
Do you use real sea glass? And is all your sea glass real? - Yes, all of our beach sea glass has been produced via "natural" means, at no time do I ever polish the pieces in a rock tumbler or other mechanical device. We take great pride in providing some of the very best in genuine beach sea glass.
Sea glass takes at least 3 years to 10+ years to develop from freshly broken glass. Due to the properties of the coloring agents used in glass, glasses of different colors tend to be of different hardnesses and some may be more prone to chip then others. Each piece of glass is unique unto it's self.
How can I tell the difference between "fake" and "real?" - "Fake" sea glass, is made up of bottles and other glass items that are broken up and then placed into a rock tumbler in order to give them a "frosted" look. I have found that material that is produced artificially tends to be uniform in degree of polish and often times all appears to be the same exact color and hue. Unfortunetly not all sellers disclose the "true" origins of their glass. Some people don't really care too much as to if it's "The Real McCoy" or not, but enough people do care to make this a serious issue for some.
True sea glass develops a crystaline appearance on the surface of the glass, it sparkles in just the right light when well developed and makes for some true "gems" of the sea. I have never witnessed this shimmer or sparkle in artificial sea glass.

What is your return policy? - If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please return in the original condition within 30 days of purchase and I will issue a refund for the purchase amount, S&H charges are non-refundable.
Where exactly are the beaches you go to? - I am not at liberty to discuss thier exact locations, however I can tell you that they are within a radius of about 100 miles from San Francisco, CA.
Do you have any tips for drilling sea glass? - Water and diamonds along with a drill press and vise, the rest is up to you... I am always happy to do custom drilling work though, and I sell the diamonds bits along with instructions for use.
